      Our family of pet sitters is made up of professionals with a high affinity for all types of pets. We recognize that no one knows your pets better than you, so every service we offer is customized to provide the best care possible. In addition, we are available by phone 24/7 while your pets are in our care.

And, each and every member of our pet sitting family is bonded, insured and Pet CPR and First Aid Certified!

      Vacation & Travel Service – When you must be away we provide your pets with the same excellent care, devotion and attention you give them on a regular basis, while expertly caring for your home and property. You can relax and enjoy your trip, knowing your pets are well cared for with service customized to their needs.

All Day Service	20-minute Visits
Over-night Service (8 pm – 7 am)	15-minute Visits
1-hour Visits

These visits can be done in any combination –
once, twice or three times per day.

      House-Sitting Service – Together we have over 35 years of experience in the housing industry caring for the homes of our clients. Our expert house sitting services are included with any vacation and travel service, at no additional charge.

Services available:

Collect mail	Alternate lights and blinds
Bring in newspapers	Place trash and recycle bins
Water plants	Check home and yard after storms

      Pet Exercise/Dog Park Excursions – We take special care that each pet is exercised safely and appropriately for his or her breed, age and individual personality. Special attention is given to customize our service, in close coordination with you, to give your pets an enjoyable outing, especially during the hot summer months in our Arizona desert.

      Play Breaks – Our Play Break service is designed for pets that need to be taken outside on a regular schedule for fresh air, a change of environment and to relieve themselves as needed. We use lots of patience, encouragement and praise, with any extra time spent for exploration and play. This service can also be very beneficial for pets, especially puppies, who tend to “get into trouble” whether from loneliness or boredom, by giving them some playtime to look forward to while you are away at work.

30-minute Play break

These visits can be done in any combination –
once, twice or three times per day.

      Pet Express Pet Taxi Service – The Pet Express can transport your pet to just about any destination you may need, for your convenience.

Veterinarian	Accompany your pet on plane flights
Groomer	Drive out of the city or state
Dog Run	Non pet-related errands
Pick Up and Deliver Supplies

      Our service includes getting your pet to the veterinarian or groomer safely and on-time for their appointment. We can accompany your pet throughout the visit if desired. We can also coordinate communication between you and your vet or groomer, as needed. We will then return your pet home and get him or her settled into their normal environment with adequate food and water to await your arrival. We can also give the first dose of medication or provide basic first aid treatment per your veterinarian’s instructions.

Pet Express Pet Taxi

The Pet Express can transport your pet to just about any destination
you may need, in cool comfort! 
Only $19.99 per ½ hour around town.

Refer a new customer who signs up for any service and receive $10.00 OFF your next visit.

Holidays

Thanksgiving (Thurs only) - $ 10.00 fee one-time only.
Christmas (Dec 24th – 25th) - $ 10.00 fee each day.  Maximum $20.00.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours or less prior to any service date: 50% of service total will be refunded.
(% applies to entire service period total)
More than 48 hours prior to service date: 100% Full Refund.
Monthly Contract cancellations require 1 week notice. Balance of contract after notice period will be refunded.
6-Month and Annual Contract cancellations require 2 weeks notice. Balance of contract after notice period will be refunded.
